Session usually includes group warm up, focused group riding and then a variety of race-specific drills and efforts. Although the focus is race preparation, the session will certainly be a tiring workout also!
Equipment required: road bike and helmet. All other equipment is optional but we do recommend dressing for the weather and bringing water. It is riders' responsibility to ensure their bike is safe for use
*in the summer season, training will sometimes be cancelled for Tuesday night races
Weekend group rides are organised on an ad-hoc basis on the club Whatsapp chat and are subject to interest
